He practiced law for six years at several top law firms in general business and intellectual property litigation, representing some of the largest, most powerful Fortune 500 companies in America. In addition to practicing law, he has served as a guest lecturer at Stanford speaking on legal ethics, and as a judge at Stanford Law School presiding over mock Markman hearings.
The author is a member of the State Bar of California, and is licensed to practice law in all California state courts, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and United States District Court for the Central District of California.
